I reckon this must be the hardest part of managing a professional sports team, in such an environment they are more like family than colleagues. Many players suffer psychologically when they leave a team they feel a part of, or when they leave the game - I hope any player who leaves our club knows that their efforts have been appreciated by us fans. Yes mate spot on well nearly anyway, they would be the 2018 gang there are 4 more brothers that you personally had the misfortune to deal with before the birth of this new generation, fortunately they've had to retire.
