Hull were the better team and deserved the win. Trinity showed great spirit but were always second best in the game.
It's always a safe bet that if a team has more composure and better kicking they'd have been in with a chance, but we didn't on the day. The half's are going to have to learn to link up quickly, and hopefully the week will give the forwards the much needed rest they look to need. On to Huddersfield who have been very hit and miss so far this season.

Thought that Hampshire was really quiet second half and hope that he hasn't picked up a knock
Right now, he's our liveliest attacking option and with his elusive running and pace he seem the most likely to create something but, he was really quiet in the second 40.
Fifita and Pauli look in need of a rest and there seemed to be some communication issues at the back.
There was a few occasions where we allowed the ball to bounce, instead of someone taking charge and ultimately, the couple of tries that they scored on the back of the indecision made all the difference. Plus, Kelly was on a whole different level and was an easy pick for their MoM.
