Im all for him to stay and put things right, the question must be can he do it .His style seems to be to let the players express themselves and its dependable on the squad all performing at the same time. Dave. Miller. and to a certain extend Brough and Rocky are not your typical coached players and much of the play seems off the cuff, when that becomes ineffective it leaves the whole team exposed and grasping at thin air. Lets be honest we have played some brilliant attacking play over the last 3 seasons and have had a defence thats capable and reasonably solid.
We seem to have made some strange positional choices and the exchange with Salford served no perpouse what so ever. Its been a great time to be a Trinity supporter and the club seems to be going in the right direction but the last couple of months have left the club plans in tatters and a re thinks required asap.
Chester and only Chester knows if he can pull the club round he needs to be 100% honest with himself . In many respects letting the players express themselves could be seen as the easy way out and certainly does not reflect or show the coaches ability.
I would like to see CC turn the corner and take us in to next season but its down to the man himself .
Come on Chris balls on the line time
