I think Michael Carter has got his head in lala land, his loyalty to Chester and others at the club is admirable but highly likely to ruin the club at the same time. Please act now Mr Carter before it's too late.

However if you do decide to act, give the new bloke you bring in a fighting chance and get him a decent head of conditioning while you are at it.

If we do survive, the whole back room needs changing all been here too long for mine. I would be looking to sign London’s conditioner, they look miles fitter than our players do

Poor old mc, he is such a nice guy and sees the good in everyone. However you are right, the whole club needs a good clear out. Far too many taking the mick out of Michael.
I have read on other threads, how well we do in signing and retaining players. I often wonder is it because the club is such an easy touch and makes very little demands on its players . It's a great place to end up for your last few years and top up your pension .

I just think we have scrimped on the back room to spend more on the team and it has backfired spectacularly. If memory serves me correctly, it was Chester who decided he didn’t need to replace Monaghan - doesn’t look like a wise decision
