Regarding criticism of The Ruddy Duck, I am all too aware of the shortcomings that the pub faced in its previous guise. To put it bluntly, I wouldn't be here and we wouldn't now be The Bridge Inn were that not the case.



All I will say on the matter is this, the pub before was an entirely different business, aimed at different clientele and managed by a different team of people. Whilst I run the pub as a job, RL is and always has been my passion so getting things right on match days and working alongside the club is a huge part of the reason I am here. I have been to Belle Vue as a fan, albeit an away fan, dozens of times so I would like to think I appreciate the need of RL fans in general. If you still think it's e, fair enough!

Have been in today (5 of us) pre-match for lunch and a drink and have to say the place looks great!

Love the sports bar side and the other traditional side. Also like the new outside space to the left of the pub with the large screen - will look forward to using that in the summer.

On the memorabilia front, pretty much any official club things I should think. With it being yours I would want to make sure you were happy about where it was displayed etc in order to ensure it isn't damaged or anything but that is a fantastic gesture mate!
