It is for us if players like law roberts mearns go there and play some league 1 games as there are only a reverse game every other week at most but if dewsbury players are coming to play in our reserves doesnt that stop the development of our youngsters

I'd see it as a way that we can guarantee that we can make the reserve fixtures while protecting the time off that our youngsters need for college work etc, and it gives them the opportunity to learn from an even bigger player base who will bring in their own ideas from their own club

Personally think the rfl got it so wrong,the reserves and academy only play 12 games each which isnt alot of games if you cant/dont double up.game time is the best way to develop training is good but nothing beats games.i do of course slight bias intrest but im thinking about all the lads in both groups
