| I don’t know much about his personal life, other than he appeared to walk away from Sale to take his family back to Australia and possibly to qualify and play for his native country and it is surprising that he is playing over here again for a lower league RU team
And I don’t want to be argumentative on this forum, but to say that there are 100 other options for the wing seems to me to be a gross exaggeration. I won’t ask PT to name all of them.
There seem to have been some drug issues in his life too, but there are many, some even on here, who would have taken a punt on Zac Hardaker, with all his problems
There can be no doubt that Solomona is/was a good player and that for one and a bit seasons Daryl Power got the best out of him, I was simply making people aware that a ‘good ‘player was back on these shores, and not too old for a few seasons more
I don’t think we will see him in a Wakey shirt, but I think it undeniable that when he was playing Super League, his ability, marked at least by his scoring prowess, must surely rank higher than a number of current wingers at the club, some perhaps who we have still to see the best of

| I agree - and when you put it like that it shows how light we are in the pack. Two props and a second rower for next season would do nicely.

| That's how it goes, I'd have been more than happy if he'd stayed but only for another year. But you've no control when players leave and where they go.Hood will go well for them if he signs, but he's another year older and we know full well what he's capable of.

| Losing TJ is a huge blow to getting in the 6 imo so I hope it’s not long.
Losing the left edge of Pratt and TJ imo contributed to us losing at Hull. We lose a lot of metres, strong settled defence and experience on that wing.
Is Russell injured again? I thought he’d be back in to be honest.
At least Ollie back at centre will help somewhat.
