Was the obvious one. I expect Max to be next.

That deadline in December works in a lot of players favour and promotes longer contracts for them so that clubs can’t talk to them early before season even starts.

Good in that way but equally you could end up with players who haven’t even started the season already signed elsewhere for the following year. Seems a bit strange.

Happy with Uele extending. He’s going to offer plenty in Superleague. Another that never ever takes a backwards step and has a good engine.

Of the signings from Aus this year... Caleb was the one I knew most about.. And to be honest I was a bit shocked to see him make the move, as I fully expected him to progress into the Sharks first grade outfit.

Great to see Trinity turning into a club where good players want to sign... And extend their contracts

I think the move has been great for him. One thing I noticed is that from his first game at pre season to the season progressing he got fitter and ended up in good shape by the end.

The biggest thing that impressed me about him is his engine. Like Rodwell he doesn’t stop in defence and taking the ball in. Players with workrates like that are valuable to any team.

Excellent, has some real go forward and fully deserved the 'baby bopper' tag, although he's developing into a fine player himself.

Be interesting if he can take his form in SL.
