Faatilli, Vagana, Uele (the best of the lot imo), Storton, Rodwell, Croft, Nikotimo, Cozza, Doyle, Smith, Smoothy and young Lingard on the way that’s the pack more or less sorted for the next few seasons.
If all goes well I reckon the above pack will be fearsome by 2027.
Great recruitment and planning, who could ask for more.

I almost 100% agree with you, maybe 99.5%!I think that list is missing a big hard to handle disruptor of a prop forward who can get us rolling when we’re stuck at stalemate with the oppositions pack. We wouldn’t go far wrong without one of those but with one, if we can find a player of that description, we would almost never be on the back foot. With us being in the Market for Croker, I think Powell and Mills share the same feeling. Wasn’t there a rumour we was looking at Alex Walmsley. With so many props 23-25 that for a year could be a stroke of genius. |

With us being in the Market for Croker, I think Powell and Mills share the same feeling.
Wasn’t there a rumour we was looking at Alex Walmsley. With so many props 23-25 that for a year could be a stroke of genius.
That was just random weirdness on FB.He's not even out of contract next year.

Not heard that one tbf, he’d be 36 next year but is still playing well this year. He just churns up metres doesn’t he. Also his presence and experience would be invaluable.
With this potentially being Pitts and Griffins last year, it’ll be interesting to see who we see as replacements for those two. I really like Ryan Matterson, think he’d be a great fit in SL at Loose or S/R. I’m led to believe he’s been offered to SL clubs, with his management being the same as Smoothy’s.

| I'm hearing that Faatili has been summoned to appear before the board of director's at the Prop Forwards Union for a serious breach of operational rules...apparently Rule 17 Sub-section 1a clearly states "Members are specifically limited to only scoring 1 try in any 3-year period" Sounds like he could be in serious trouble ??  |
