So a massive upgrade in floor space on the land covered by the S106?

By the looks the section 106 trigger point won't even be started no matter what goes on the land there.

They already have planning permission. They only built half of what was approved and now they are about to build the other half.

Strange, the link insinuated additional approval was required. If there was further planning required it would've been an ideal time for the planning department to rectify their error.

Does any one know the planning reference for this "extension", when I search for it, it comes back as unavailable which makes it difficult to see yet alone object too. I am not a Wakefield resident but would urge every RL supporter to object to WMBC about this expansion. From their post, they need planning - so surely now is the time for thousands of objections!

I often walk the footpaths in this area .Every time I see the giant white shoebox I wonder what the architect was thinking of when he designed this abortion and why did the planning department allow it to be constructed.Presumably the planning department thought it was a very attractive design that fitted in well with the surrounding countryside.
