Surprised that Wigan have signed Jarrod Sammut.Probably a good fit for the way they play but not encouraging their academy players.

Frankly the signing of Sammut makes the signing of Brough look like a master stroke.

Odd move. I assume he's back up half and maybe keeping the seat warm for Widdop next year.

Given how bad we were in 2015 he struggled to get a game and when he did it was the stand out poor performance of the season. Bags of unfulfilled talent and things change over the course of a career but surely not the signing the Wigan fans were hoping for?

Wow - this one is even more shocking than Tautai; I really can't see him adding much value to Wigan. One of those players with ability, but no critical faculties with which to deploy it.

Good news for everyone other than Wigan I would've thought.

Off quota (I think, as per the rest of the Crusaders players?) and I can't imagine they would have to pay him much, be a decent back up for them.
