Anyone viewed the comments from Liam Watts, according to him he knows some, certain players regularly cheat for penalties, is this true or false ?
If this is true then why do ref's regularly fall for it ?
Why do the RFL never regulate for the issue ?

Of course players cheat TT. As long as people have been playing competitive sports and games people have cheated. It's a normal human instinct. Some players obviously cheat more than others. and some referees are there to keep cheating to a "minimum". also some referees cheat in as much as they show obvious bias towards certain teams. We've seen a fair number of those down at BV. Fortunately RL doesn't have as many cheats as some other sports. I hold a season ticket for a local AFC team and the cheating on view is far more prominent than RL thankfully. The aspect of cheating in football particularly prominent, in fact endemic, is feigning injury and gaining ground at throw ins and free kicks.(not by my team, of course).
It's just something that we have to put up with, and hopefully keep to a minimum.

Most players these days try to milk penalties, some just try it more than others.

Of course it’s true, especially in the ruck. Have you not seen attackers trap defenders arms in the tackle to win a penalty or hookers throwing the ball at a grounded defender to win a penalty when he could’ve easily avoided it.

Actually think that’s one of the big problems with today’s game in that players concentrate too much on trying to win penalties in the ruck and PTB over actually getting on with the game.

Give over. Refs do mess up and have shockers, make errors and bad calls but they don’t “cheat”. That’s just nonsense thinking your team is always angels and the opposition is always deliberate dirty cheats and that’s the only reason you ever lose a game.

I bet you also think that Coronation Street is true to life eh, Printer? I presume that you've never seen Childs referee a Trinity game.
