It would be beyond frustrating for MC if this folds the club, after all he has done to stabilise it.
Boris is stuttering and piffling about being over the worse within 12 weeks. If that's the case, scrapping the Challenge Cup and a top-two into a Grand Final that takes place in late November might be the way. It will allow all clubs to complete their home fixtures.
At least we have someone at the helm who will give us the best chance of steering us through it. Hold tight.
I'm no Boris fan but with the best will in the world, the bloke has a lot on his plate. People are expecting instant answers to every question and there simply aren't any. In fact, I'd be more worried if Boris wasn't stuttering because then we'd know for certain it was pure bull.
Let's not panic here, no serious un-rectifiable damage has yet been done o the economy. Everything is out of whack but with the obvious exceptions of say Holiday companies and retail catering etc all will eventually come back into line, if as I say we see a China type scenario. Not saying there won't be short term casualties but it's not in the banks or almost anyone's interest other than say the most parasitical of investors to not do everything to keep most businesses afloat,
Of course, all that could alter if we don't play our part and support the nation and do as we are told as happened in China. Easier in China where they generally have to do as told but there you are.
