It was also added that if 2 players from the same team test positive for Covid then PHE / Sport England would have the power to force the full club to isolate for 2 weeks, resulting in loss/delay of fixtures etc.
It almost seems inevitable that, should any player from any club contract the virus, there will be some cases within the sport.
What I struggle to understand is that, in RL (and RU), there is inevitable close physical contact and there doesn't seem too much difference whether it's when a player is being tackled or whether it's in a scrum.
I know that scrums in Union can last for 10 minutes but, its hardly the same in RL
