The owner appears to suggest a return to super league action in 2021. I think there will be a lot of clubs questioning this in super league regarding relegation and the championship for promotion. I would say interesting times ahead.

That was one of their problems - the overseas players visas don't last the elongated season.

Whether or not they can be renewed if they sign for another team...?

In the circumstances I have no issue with this

They are in an impossible situation with the travel

I hope they come back next year

The next step in that argument though, is "if you've reduced wages to get your current squad through the season, how can you then suddenly find new funds to take on a TWP player?"

(I mean the notion of taking on players on refreshed visas).

I think it would be extremely unfair to relegate any club in the current circumstances. This situation is beyond anyone’s control, and not of their own making. At this moment in time, no one within our game can say for certain, that the other 11 SL clubs will complete their fixtures for this season. All it would take to ruin this season completely, is for a few players from one club to test positive for Covid 19, to shut that club down. Do we relegate that club. Just imagine Leeds, Warrington, Saints. for example being closedown,due to the virus.

No
