Having just watched the programme I can sort of understand why MCs stood by CC. Undoubtedly other clubs would have shown him the door but MC brings in 2 quality assistants to back him up. He seemed much more relaxed than he does before or after interviews on game day, to be honest he doesn't come across that well.
No snowie he didn't. Did say that wood and bat would probably be available for the CC game and rocky should be ready for the Wigan game. It was a very honest assessment regarding the squad, weakness and selection. The club have a 3 to 5 year plan and expect to be a much stronger squad with very good quality players while keeping players.
Just listened and watched the program thought cc came across very well seems relaxed and confident that things will be good and knows where improvments are needed.found it quite reassurig to be honest
One thing that really does concern me (think i may of said elsewhere) but its the situation with the academy if we lose ours where will future players come from but also what right do rfl have to tell a buisness( a club is after all a buissness)what and who they can employ its barmy

If I heard right, there’s 12 licences available, it was said on the show, London, Newcastle, and Bradford, are likely to be included in the 12. It was also said, that at least 2 Super League clubs are not interested in the Academy, and unlikely to apply for a licence. Therefore, it’s likely there’s going to be at least 1 disappointed SL club, Barmy.

this needs explaining to the fans utter ridiculous
how the hell can London, Newcastle, and Bradford jump above a super league side, did it say when we get to know who they are going to be

the people running our game are absolutely clueless what’s going on and what to do about it. It’s a game on the ropes and the powers that be seem to want to kill it but by bit.
Listened to the podcast today and Chris seemed very open ,relaxed and comfortable when asked about various things about the goings on at the club ,on and off the pitch ..Came across really well and had a good crack with the hosts ,well worth a listen

Was it Mick Gledhill who said that by any chance? If so, don’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth.
