That squad today was bang average.

We sign deadwood that nobody else wants in hope we will play a blinder. Well our luck is out. We have pure trash or those that have worked (i.e. Hall) we have been very fortunate.

Our only mid season signing for a while was Rob Butler. What an absolute waste of resource that was. I'm sorry but he's ineffective and actually fat. How this player has played for England is completely beyond me. We have just signed Bowden too. I cannot comment on this one. But would it have not been better to show some ambition and get in for the former State of Origin player that went to Toulouse? OK we only sign 1 player instead of Butler and Bowden. But it surely makes the rest of the league take note. And sends a warning sign. And brings in some quality.

Why the fafita worship amongst the fans? Another one who is paid a handsome salary to be a "professional" sportsman. He's a liability. Overweight for at least 3 seasons and no one has stopped and said "sorry dave unless you get fitter you won't play".

Bill Toupu was brilliant. But shouldn't we have taken a more calculated approach here ie. At the start of the year asking him to retire then? Or after 1/2 season ask then. Or say Bill its your final year you're not going to get anywhere near fit enough to play, let's cone to an agreement?

We have no spine and until we start making better ambitious decisions we'll continue to suffer

I like Crowther at 13. He is not a 9. He will fill in because he loves the club and won’t refuse to play if asked but he shouldn’t be put in that position. Get Bowes in and get Crowther back at 13.

Yes he played aproxx 40 mins at hooker yesterday,not knocking jordan but he isnt a hooker and it does tell

To be fair just because luppy is commenting on a poor pass which it was does not mean he thinks Crowther is a bad player or knocking him. It’s just an opinion on the cause of the ball being turned over.

Crowther made a mistake. Nothing wrong with acknowledging that without it having to mean more.

I didn’t think Crowther was good enough but he has won me over at 13. I still however do not think he’s a good option at 9. I’m not bagging him at all either. It’s the coaching team I blame.
