An interesting interview. Very telling as to how little money we have, how vulnerable we left ourselves with closed season recruitment and a lot of contradictions I thought, between what he says is crucial and what we did in regards to 1,6,7 and 9. Lack of money or not, what we do have doesn't appear to have been directed to what we needed. https://open.spotify.com/episode/0uNSLo ... M3ARrNXeSQ

he as basically admit to throwing Applegarth to the wolves with an understrengh inadequate squad. You have chanced your arm on getting away with it on the cheap, stop the bullshit and go now. The fans are divided and poisoned against each other like I've never seen, you rule with an iron fist of divide and conquer and you are stripping the happiness from this club. The dark days in the 80s, Ted and glover at least give us hope, your only interest is yourself.

I can't agree with any of that. I do think he has the club's best interests at heart. I do think his record overall as to where we are as a club is good. I just think he and the club have really messed up big time on recruitment in the closed season. They've made mistakes. That's human and I don't agree with aspersions on character because I know for a fact Michael has good character. I was dismayed at the hall deal. Now I've heard the reasoning I'm less dismayed but I have to say, we put ourselves in the position of sacrificing Hall for a full back. "Doing it on the cheap"? We don't have the resources for anything else. He doesn't. He's made that crystal clear. He HAS put 2 million in. He doesn't want his directors loan back. You can't say that's selfish. Between him and whoever else made recruitment decisions, they messed up. I'd like to hear an acknowledgement of that personally but there we go.

Ted and glover gave us hope you’ve forgot to mention the Pearman debacle rather conveniently. The current board can’t hold a candle to those crooks . Whilst the glover era with the big crowds with only half paying to get in , didn’t last long till he was out the door .

Well you can only judge a man based on your own experience of him so I’ve no problem with your assessment based on what you know of him. Suffice to say I wholeheartedly disagree with you based on my experiences of him and I’m not alone!
There is no record of him putting £2,000,000 into the club, I doubt he’s got the kind of wealth that would allow that sort of investment

Unfortunately, I do know of people who have had professional dealings with him, since I have, both former employees of the club and external businesses, and based upon that, I have to side with The Avenger here

Give it a rest. What exactly have you ever done that comes close to what MC has done. Answer, nothing.

In not too distant future, your wish of seeing him out will come true and MC will be stepping down from his role as CEO…
So I was wondering what you would have done different? And what would you tell the new CEO he needs to do differently baring in mind he will still in principle be working from the same budget until we start to receive monies from the new stand and pitch upgrade?
Not looking for an argument…. Just a sensible answer
