What would a Cockney know about rugby league?

Absolutely amazed and relieved Godinet and Johnstone are not in for you guys. I like Johnstone a lot, very talented player.

Can't fathom it myself. Johnstone you could maybe say has been exposed defensively he's a young lad still coming through. Godinet though I can only assume is still not 100%

I thought our starting front row was our weakest area at Salford . Do you have the game stats of Anderson and Scruton ?

I would be tempted to play Yates.

Stats for props:

Shows Anderson, Walker and Mullally stats are quite good.
Scruton is lower in all stats, and I can't think he was off the pitch that long but that may explain.

Saying that George Griffin eclipsed them all

So their squad is announced. I'd assume this, but Siejka and Baile I assume are in to cover if Gaskell has to go to full back.

1 James Clare
2 Danny Williams
3 Adrian Purtell
4 Dane Nielsen
5 Omari Caro
6 Lee Gaskell
7 Danny Addy
8 Paul Clough
9 Adam O’Brien
10 Adam Sidlow
11 Tom Olbison
12 Dale Ferguson
13 Jay Pitts

14 Matty Blythe
15 Epalahame Lauaki
16 Steve Crossley
17 Matt Ryan

Harry Siejka
Jean-Philippe Baile

Quite disappointed that Lauitiiti, Godinet and Johnstone are not in the 17. We lacked punch in the pack in the first half and Lauitiiti would have given this from off the bench instead of Washbrook.

Godinet is a more attacking threat than Moore but must be still injured?

Johnstone has pace to burn and think we lack his attacking threat in the outside backs with Owen only just back from a lay off....

This game is a must win and IMHO I don't think this is the strongest 17 that could be put out unless the above three are injured.

Anyway we'll be there in numbers in the red white and blue shouting for whoever plays for Trinity on Saturday.

There is no replacement for pace and that is something we lack with the exception of Johnstone. There is no replacement for an off loading game which we lack with the exception of Ali. Oh wait a minute neither of these have been selected.

Im not bothered what the team selections are, its best left to the coach. ALL I KNOW IS THAT A WINS A MUST. and if we get one that will do for me. Im expecting a close game with Trinity running out eventual winners.

Do you actually know why they have not been selected, or are you just guessing, perhaps Mr Smith has an agenda to get up your nose by not selecting your pick, or maybe just maybe he has other reasons not known to you and me as to why they're not in. Why not let him get on with his job and save your sarcasm for Mr Carter and his alleged cronies

Be careful Chissit, I was reprimanded by a moderator for sarcasm!!
Totally agree with you though. So sick of reading garbage from the whiners.
Like Pop Tart, I am also expecting a big win, but then again, with a glass half full, I always am.

It is an obvious thing to say but defence will be the key on Saturday.
Bradford have hammered some of the smaller teams but have really leaked points against Leigh, Featherstone, Sheffield and Halifax who we would expect to beat. BUT they have also scored points and sometimes outscored the opposition in those games.
I'm sure we'll score points but we need to be able to nullify their attack if we are to win.

But we should be expecting that after the Salford game. I think Salford would have beaten a lot of SL teams last week so we should still be going into this game with confidence.
If we win (and I know there is still a difference between being the better side and winning) I think we can go on with other wins against the top teams in the Middle 8 and escape that playoff game.
