I hope the stewards have improved since the game. As they seemed more bothered in filming Bradford fans singing our usual songs. And ignoring the racist chanting even after it was reported to them.

New company and new stewards this year, Wakey got rid of the old shower.

That's good to know. First time I had witnessed any issues at Wakey. Was fine for MPG.

Well I made my feelings known at the time so I won't be going over old ground but I feel the punishment is fair. Personally I can't remember ever feeling so uncomfortable at a RL match as I did that day with my young family.

Completely against anyone's sense of natural justice, but it has to be like this I guess; quite how a club is meant to prevent this kind of thing I'm not sure, but it is important to respond appropriately when it does.

hope we appeal, I thought it was a case of Bradford starting offensive chanting against Wakefield then crying when they got a response from a few of our idiots

I'm not sure it's for non prevention but rather for not acting quickly enough to shut it down. The stewards in that area did not do their job and therefore the chanting went on too long and the culprits weren't identified so weren't ejected.

The idiots have cost the club £11,000 with £10,000 more if it happens again, what morons.

Correct me if im wrong but wasnt the stewards employed to stopnthis type of behaviour so surely it shiuld be them that pay the fine

If it was to happen at a challenge cup final where all fans stand together would the RFL be liable.
