Don't really want to jump on the 'bandwagon' , but I also saw the potential of Lynne and argued his case on here and other forums. Yes he made mistakes and had a lot to learn , but did have inate ability , that no amount of coaching can put there. Well done Reece.

Don't mind admitting I was wrong. He has developed into a very good centre indeed. He seems to have learned with experience

All those that were criticizing the fitness and conditioning of the players a few months are now significant by their absence in admitting they were wrong. How many times have we come from behind to win a game this season? I don't seem to see the players puffing and panting sixty minutes into the game like they were in seasons past. Well done to all the conditioning staff at Belle Vue.

Easy to say, but why criticise in the first place?

If he'd been some overpaid Aussie getting his retirement check I'd get it but he was little more than a kid when he joined us. I've done it myself but never to the level people singled out Lyne. Only poor old Mark Field copped worse.

Lyne is developing very well. Strong, fast and now he's got the passing going on, he could be the real deal.

I'll admit I never thought he would develop into what he is becoming. I felt his natural athletic ability was overshadowed by hesitancy, poor decision making and sheer rabbit in the head lights look in his early career at the club. It was if he didn't share the faith in his game that all his coaches had in him.

Maybe it age, maybe it's Chester influence, but he has improved incredibly.

He wasn't forgiven for being an "Agar signing" but he's certainly proved the many, many doubters wrong !

Just on a slight side note, one of the best aspects of the season so far is just how well we have "replaced" injured players.
We've got plenty of injuries at present but, ALL of the players that have come in have done so seamlessly.
This is a real credit to all of the players but, especially to Chester and his coaching team.

On the conditioning front, maybe the conditioning is the same but everyone is playing to a structure and using the conditioning correctly,no coincidence that Grix is marshalling the troops in front of him?
As for Lyne, he has overcome the big thing of playing well, then getting injured and picking up where he left off, instead of coming back from injury and being hesitant.

Reece like all the squad players have stepped up this season, everyone who's come in as done a job. Reece as got stronger as the season as gone on, nice kid as well . Not only Reece, but well done to all. PS, them celebrating vodkas are kicking in
