Don't know much about the lad but Salford must have thought something of him to bring him over...might just be one of those occasions where a potential good signing is offered to us and we can just have a look with a short term deal with a view to making it a longer one if it goes well? Think I read somewhere that he has an English passport too so maybe doesn't count on the quota?
Would surely see the end of Allgood at the season end to free up his quota spot for the hooker if he went well?
When England went off in the 2nd half he ran past the goal line and you could see he was limping
He played really well last night ( and started to find good form in the last couple of matches) but it's clear he is carrying an injury
