Indeed - if he'd stayed down, McShane would certainly have walked, and rightly so - that could easily have been a season ending injury. Of all the dick moves that RL players can pull, elbow to the face is one of the worst - and the Ropati incident demonstrated that.

I didn't want either team to win, but in the end, I was pleased that McShane, who shouldn't have been on the field at all, cost Cas the game with that crazy move.

Agree with both posts.
I think that he will face a longer ban as it was not dealt with on the field. It wasnt even put on report!

Hope McShane gets picked up by the disciplinary. He's a grub that gets away with too much.

Get you point on Merrin easily his best game, Hurrell I just don't get this constant love in - yeah he make yards but little comes off them whist as ever his defence was woefull. Leeds fans seem determined to prove this guy a superstar when he clearly isn't.

If Leeds improve he will improve but whilst ever he's in a poor side his limitations will be exposed. Merrin on the other hand has the ability to run a game and make a big difference.

Hurrell also makes a hell of a lot of handling errors and errors at the play of the ball. Which is exactly why he's playing SL and not NRL. He ain't the all round package. Rocks and diamonds at best.
