It's only like Johnstone/Lyne being called up for England IMO

MCB has exactly the same try’s per game record for us as Tom Johnstone and is one better or worse in defence. I’m at a loss as to why everyone’s lumped on the idea that we’re better off without him.

Yep, that worried me as a lost the plot moment. If CC wanted to drop Hampshire for Jowitt so be it that's his prerogative, like for like. However, if he's dropping Hampshire from the FB position for what I can only assume to be reasons of form or tactics, then why bring him back in a position he's unaccustomed too when there is a player who specializes in that position and has never let us down. There may well be a valid reason but from the outside, it makes no sense to me.

Err no that's not right, he was on his previous stint with us but not since his return, apart from game one he looks a shadow of his previous incarnation, that's how I see it.

Not sure where you get the idea that everyone has lumped on to the idea that we're better off without him which clearly from the different opinions on here is not so, it's simply a matter of opinion which quite a lot on here use when it suits their argument and then denying people their right of reply.
