When Wood has played fir Salford he's looked ok but with them signing Lussick and having Tomkins, his opportunities were very limited.

I would say we need, budget allowing

2 props
1 half back
1 hooker

I think we are sufficient in the backs already, and also in the back row. That said, with the above list I would now look at quality over quantity as to what we can afford

Thought Trin faded when they lost the grunt in the pack due to injuries and the back up not being up to SL quality....

Hopefully the budget will cover the signing of two additional quality props with one of them being Chris Green.

What about Jack Stockwell, 6ft 4 tall, 17 stone and only 27 years has played over 70 NRL for Knights and Titans? He's out of contract.

Just out of interest, if the 6000 wakefield folk at the London game turned up for every home game rather than the 4000 who usually do how much extra revenue for players that would produce? I can work it out roughly but I wondered if the club has some sort of formula that tells you exactly as I have no idea on overheads etc.

Fisherman, dont know if you can read too much into this.

However, I'm sure DC did say words to the effect in 2016-17, that if we could get our average crowds up to the 6000 mark we would spend near on the full cap

how many international quota spots do we actually have left to fill its a bit confusing at the minute.
so how many overseas yet to sign will we sign.

To get the crowds up to the 6000 mark, all we need is a team that consistently wins matches playing a great game of Rugby League.
The last bit i think Wakefield Trinity are easily capable of.
If we get the results/wins and are in contention for some sort of silverware i think there would be no problem getting around 6000 average gates.

I think you're right Kev, and also upgraded facilities will help.

It is also the old adage of marketing though, too
