No love for Saints here but happy with that result. Half time just rescued Saints I think followed by an excellent half time team talk from Powell.

I can understand the ref on the field getting it wrong but how can the video ref look at it as many times as he did and still get the lead up to the Roby try wrong??

I'm a Wakefield fan first and foremost if that helps and a proud Yorkshireman as well, fwiw Saints have given us far more hidings than Cas ever have and just like Featherstone are local to the area, so maybe you could shun the bitterness you harbour against all three local clubs as you don't offer much in support for your alleged allegiance to Wakey either, just out of interest are you a Saints fan.

And by the way if you look at my posts, I've only ever mentioned them once and that was in reference to their juniors not being allowed to play against Saints when the game was forfeited due to covid in the youngsters therefore preventing them from playing, and that was in reply to a poster who did not understand. HTH.

The try was OK for me.

Both players were on side
Percival knocked the ball back
It didn't touch the line
Graces right foot was clearly on the ground within the field when he batted the ball back.
Graces left foot was floating in mid air.

What else could disallow it??

I think the laws say you can’t jump from outside the field of play, to make contact with the ball, the Saints man had a foot in touch, that puts himself outside of play, before jumping to flip the ball back to a supporting player. I think
