No, they are not.
However, they will need to be redeveloped at some point as the structure itself is not permanent. The expected lifespan for these buildings is 20 years I believe and we are past that already. I believe it already has regular safety checks and eventually, I fear, it will fail.
I've talked to JM and MC about this in the past and at the time they had no plans and to be fair why would they as it's not a pressing issue.
Having been asked if I had any ideas by JM (me being a stadium buff and that he could have been humouring me) I said no, not really. As I've stated elsewhere, capacity is currently not an issue, whilst the new East stand will provide most of the missing links.
I do now have an idea that I think is quite innovative and affordable for some point in the not too distant future. Whether the club agrees I won't know until I send them the proposal (it's taken 8 months to put together so far). It may be a non-starter or they may now have ideas of their own but if you don't ask....
