Hull KR dont run an acadamy and with signings like these I can see their logic. We invest the money producing the players and they step in and pick them up when they are ready for first team. By all accounts they also had to offer very little to beat the offer we made to him.

Thought with players under a certain age being OOC still meant a fee was payable to the club who trained them up.
