Watching the coverage from both the BBC and interestingly CNN, FOX Aus, Canada it’s amazing the reverence across the world for THE Queen. There are other Royal families across the world but none come close to the global impact of the UK Monarchy.

The CNN coverage in particular has displayed an awestruck respect and amazement of the military pageantry and tradition on show. They’ve exclaimed a number of times that no other nation has this level of historic military ceremonial tradition behind it

An amazing piece of history today.
Just the fact that a 73 year old man, at his mums funeral walked all that way with no pause was pretty outstanding but the pageantry and military precision is awe inspiring.
Proud of my country and Royal Family today.

What about those pipes and drums at the beginning of the procession this morning. Amazing.
