Sorry EB, but as PT posted, this thread is about those people who will be most affected by our relegation, there are plenty on other threads where you can criticise bad management,
don't waste your time and energy, it has been proven many times that you can not educate pork.

The reason those people may be losing their jobs is because of the poor management though. The two things are linked.
Genuinely disappointed for you guys and certainly all the people who are not responsible for the on-field activities and haven't failed in their work, but will still be affected by the dreadful uncertainty of life in the championship.
Having had this experience a couple of times from over the common, it is crap. There is hope when you look at Leigh, Hull KR, but it is equally uncertain.
I take no pleasure in one of my favourite fixtures not being there next season - a genuine case of "there but for the grace of god" and all that.
Hope it is a catalyst for something good in the end.

In what way has it been managed badly? Specifics.
I don't mean, "we've been relegated" or "had a rubbish squad", but what have they done that is bad? Not having enough money to compete with others is not bad management. It is just a financial reality, and has always been our problem. Bad management would be having enough money but still getting in debt. I'm curious about what they have done specifically that is bad, or would constitute bad management.

I didn't say bad management, I said poor management. The financial reality you state is a reason is a product of that poor management where the board have failed to secure enough investment in the club to maintain a squad able to compete at the top tier. Like it or not, the board are 100% responsible for this, it isn't an excuse for the board to shrug their shoulders and cry poverty when they are the ones holding the purse strings and are the ones responsible for securing the investment needed. They either failed to invest enough themselves, or they failed over successive seasons to attract investment from an external source - but because they were unable to do either in time, their poor management has led to the club being relegated and as a direct consequence people's livelihoods placed at risk

You post some complete and utter guff on these forums and show a complete lack of understanding of how a business works. Can you point me in the direction of all the other SL clubs that have managed to increase investment in the last 3 years, you know the 3 years that had Covid followed by a global financial crisis? And when I say investment I don’t mean a sugar daddy throwing in an extra £1m

Oh yeah, all that whilst the central funding was reduced by £400k over the same period. Prior to 2019 income streams increased

So either you want me to show you where clubs secured investment or you don't? Clubs don't have sugar daddies (calling them that is just your pathetic way to dismiss their investment), they have people who invest in them, and through poor management we have people who will neither invest the needed amount or have the skills and ability to secure investment from outside parties.
