That was awful today. Something needs to change yes but not just jump for anyone.

The coach select the signings, they pick the team and they tell them what to do based on a study of the opposition. The players are under contract and must be following the game plan or would be replaced his contract is up and will cost nothing to get rid of him. This would give a new incumbent the off season to work on those players currently under contract, add any he wants to resign and unfortunately it will be Chester’s new signings.
I am sorry PT but you are just using the Vastman’s excuse which is that’s it’s the players particularly Fifita. We have used over 25 players this season and can you say that the performances have changed depending who we put in the team.

Just when you think we can’t sink any lower we manage it. If Chester had any decency he’d step down. If he won’t Carter should sack him for the good of the club. He he won’t then Carter himself has let his friendship get in the way of clear thought and is no longer up to the role and should resign.

For anyone that still cares thats 12 wins in 54. We have just capitulated against a patched up side that played in Monday and who played most of the game with one halfback and no goal kicker. It is embarrassing to be a Wakefield supporter these days.

That is a game that should not have been lost under any circumstances 18 nil up after 12 minutes game management very poor and no idea how to close a game down absolutely fuming at this result

The next stage is relegation do you want it to get that bad? It's not a knee jerk reaction the last year's has been ample time to correct it do the fans have to with draw financial support for the penny to drop

Chester's time at the club was over a long time ago and he's always had the demeanour of a defeated man. How can that inspire those who he's supposed to be leading?

The longer Brain Smith and John Kear have been away from the team the worse we've got.

If he gets a new contract, whether a small minority people on here disagree or not, it will genuinely force people to walk away from the club.

Lockers is right, I seem to think that team played for thirty minutes under Casper and then capitulated to get rid of him, maybe history is repeating, however, we need to be rid of quite a bit of dross to see any change and blooding academy players with heart and will would be a starter.

A four point loss, to a team that really have been playing well of late but were more than beatable on the day, especially 18-0 down. The Huddersfield kids should be proud of themselves and enjoy the comeback.

As for our lads, Kay went ok (ish) at dummy half whilst we were on the front foot but still think we need a proper hooker for next year. Senior should be on his way back to Hudds next year, a 6 point error as it was so close to halftime really set it up for Huddersfield to get back into the game.

We need to cut out the one up and clueless rugby, that for me sits with the coaching staff. On paper we had a good side out but there is something missing, a proper first team coach.

I seem to remember there were fans waiting outside to confront Casper & when they challenged him, he pointed at the players and said blame them and it kicked off.

Seriously the fans are gonna have to carry out some form of protest, if they think they can ride this one out.

Chester blaming the middles and yet gave one of them a new two year deal just a month ago.
