It's the Tootal St riverside development at the side of the Hepworth.

The old Rutland mills building at the side of the Hepworth building. I think it’s the same group/company that refurbished the area around Kings cross station in London.

It's the old Rutland mills on waterside front next to Hepworth Gallery, they have all been refurbished and made into what is the largest creative industry units outside of London. Mainly to do with music , art , acting etc.

Don’t know any details regarding the catering side of the new east stand could it be run in house or outside business?
