Well we dont know what the squad will look like next season but I hope its much stronger than this year. Players leaving are not a problem if their replacements are as good but preferably better. When they are worse thats the danger. We have yet to hear of a single new replacement so lets hope they are good.

One thing i am far more confident about is that wire will be turned around and much stronger. Leigh look the likely promoted club and if they come up i believe this time they will be no pushover. We will have a much stronger SL next season and once more it will be tough to survive.

I am sure you loyal band will explain why we didn’t use some of the spare money from the loss of TJ and Topou to keep Batchelor. It looks like we are also saving further funds on Fifita, Aydin, Arona and Miller and once again why could we not redistribute some of it to keep other players we deemed important.

I am as certain as you are. I don't know for sure but the fact he signed a short deal last time, didn't sign this year's deal and said he's looking forward to a new challenge implies it's a great possibility.

And the 'their replacements' I referred to are the players you listed that are going and who's money you wanted to use to try and keep Batch.

Quick lesson. Murphy and Whitbread, if you want to keep them both will require a very large wage hike.

It’s very simple to work out if you’re being realistic and not vindictive. But then I suspect you know all this but chose to ignore it.

Read the report quotes by James, he doesn’t sound like a man who wants to continue playing for Trinity. He’s done well for himself at Trinity, and gained a good reputation whilst here. Time now to forget the whys and wherefore, he’s gone, get behind the ones who want to play for Trinity.

I struggle to see how you don't understand that on the occasions when quoted that Batch didnt want to stay.
Not much the club could do about that is there??
Same with the other players OOC.
