Steve1g, your comparing someone who has played triple the number ir games Tyler Randell has played in the NRL.

On top of that TH has played SOO.

Given the quality of the league down under, difficult to compare really.

At the end of the day too, it is only hear say anyway, so unless it was true, and confirmed by the club, it is totally irellevant

Wire we’re looking at TH before they took Roberts on, they decided against due to his injury record with dodgy knees, be big risk, but MC seems to have got it right over last 3 yrs,, lets see

I'm not sure it was just forum rumour though. Looks like it came from outside.
Warrington have always been good to us but they've got money to burn, need a good prop and the coach that backed us up is gone.

Have they really ? I thought everything they have done has been for their own interests and not ours to be honest.


Also remember the Grix deal where we registered him to help them out. Can't ever remember seeing a benefit to us from that deal.


I don't believe all this goodwill stuff, all clubs put their own interest first and don't give two hoots about how their actions affect others.

De-registering...not so sure that happened but it take your word for it or just loaning a player for his benifit and the borrowers benifit doesn't remove him from that original parents team cap.
So Warrington carried the bags while the players looked to get game time and a future contact that they wasn't going to get from Warrington and Wakefild benifit because they may not have been able to afford to sign a decent player or even just fond one mid term...
It is thoughtful player welfare not casting away players...they were still valuable squad members out on loan...

As a current eg...
Wire have just done the same with Crosby. The guy was still in our squad...he played last week but we aren't going to renew his contract so we let him go to try a secure another elsewhere.
It's NOT casting off but if you are wearing blinkers you'll not see the bigger picture.
Grix and Riley have both led to our downfalls vs Wakey with Riley bagging a hatrick at the HJ against us....Smith allowed Wakey to play him against us.

It's not all cloak and dagger...!

Completely wrong. Simon grix didn’t have a chance of playing. And the only way you could get Sandow in, was for us to take grix off your salary cap and on to ours. I’m still waiting for that favour to be repaid!
