Leeds spanked us and Salford played some cracking rugby tonight with key players missing.

We have not played anywhere near the level of either of those 2 teams yet and Cas look to be growing in confidence.

Yes I was.

I was roundly panned for saying 10th would be a great result this year.

At the moment 10th would be an amazing result!

I’m a hugely passionate supporter of Wakefield Trinity but I also know rugby and am not blind to what is clear to see.

Wigan are poor this year as well but maybe you don’t understand the game enough to realise that either.

Leeds spanked us for 40 minutes, then we won the second half.
There was little between the two teams tonight until Salford managed to break through with 15 minutes to go, before adding another near the end as Leeds faded away yet again.
