Think Kear had the opportunity to leave when Ted was in charge, but he actually left when Glover didn't renew his contract and appointed Agar. The rest as they say is history.

I'm not sure of the finer details but I remember posting at the time my disgust for Ted Richardson for not allowing JK to go to Catalans when they approached the club for his services as it was common knowledge that his contract was not being renewed, you would have thought that with everything he'd done for the club, he would have gone with Ted's blessing, unfortunately for Kear Ted's greed got the better of him and wanted compensation which they refused, I thought he left when Ted did but I must have got the timing wrong.

That was doing the rounds on facebook a week or so ago. You've got more than enough centres though, don't you?
