Having just re listened to MC's interview from last week's super league show, and how, it seemed that he was questioning some of our fan base's mentality.
I just hope that this doesn't divide loyalty between the fans, and effect season ticket sales etc. People do have long memories and don't forget.
This could have an impact on season ticket sales, merchandise etc

Talking about mob mentality isn't questioning fans mentality. It means that once a group gets a particular idea they are passionate about, they drag others along, even when they might not have had an opinion before and even if it isn't correct. So you don't ask for opinion from the mob as it is swayed. You asked the ones with balanced views that think for themselves.

but if a persons balanced view is the same as the mob as you put it doesn't that mean they too are part of the mob too

So Mr Carter is not allowed to say what he thinks .He did right .I'vcriticised the team and coach ,.Any body who thinks he should not be allowed to say any thing back is way out of order .If you can not take it do not give it .I support Wakefield The Coach and Mr Carter may go .and it I am still around I will still support Wakefield . But you tell me who as run Wakefield any better ,than this board ,without putting the club in det .and having to get rid of our best players to keep us afloat
It's best we don't look back and just concentrate in what seems like is going to be a massive year for all clubs next season. Recruitment of the coach and players is imperiative.

What's done is done with CC - let's all move on.

I wasn't saying that MC was wrong in the way he worded things.
There could be fans out there, and I'm sure there is that were borderline "mob brigade" who wanted the best decision to be made on behalf of the club, who may take offence to the comments, which could impact the club in another way, such as season ticket sales. Now I don't know MC personally, but I have spoken to a few people, fans of the club, and others involved in the sport, who have found him to come across quite abrasive at times. Whether he is or not, I don't know.
I think Mary is spot on though, we all need to try and look forward now, to the next chapter in the clubs history, and hope that the new coach, whoever it is, can turn things around

I think I got what Wilbury meant.
MM, you are right though, we do need to move on though, and give our new coach time to turn things around.
Whether or not that is WP, I’m not sure, but the effort has definitely been there in the past couple of weeks.
One way or another, we just have to hope that the right decisions are made for the clubs benefit, both short and long term, as this could be a crucial period of time for us.

Best ,quote I have seen from a Wakefield Chairman was by Ted when Brough was sold to Huddersfield he said it's the best thing that as happens to Wakefield

I'm not convinced I saw more effort in the first half against Cas. I do think they came out second half and tried to compete but the game was won in the first half when we again looked clueless in my opinion. I'm more than willing to give Willie till the end of the season to show us what he can get from the team but I still believe that even with Chester gone there are a few players that need to massively up their game. Again, whilst mid-season changes are difficult, I'd really like to see us look like we have some ideas/options in the opposition 20 and there was certainly very little evidence of that in the 1st half.
