We now own Belle Vue it may not be perfect but unlike Wigan, Salford and Huddersfield for example it is ours to run how we want without having to take instructions from a football or rugby union club.
A redeveloped Belle Vue was always a better idea than a ground in the middle of an industrial estate. We are located within walking distance of the city centre and with the Neil Fox way have easy access to the motorways without going through the city.
If we want to allow the Car Park to be rented by third parties all the better because it is now income to the club.

Maybe not, in League One.

the first year they came I thought the same but its fetched an enjoyment to the young kids so why not, its not like they are leaving a massive mess, why utilize the car car park for car boot sales as well its land doing nothing, income is income

Don't know why part of heath common can't be turned into a car park with easy access to motorway via Neil Fox way and black lane, the only people to use it for grazing are the travellers the old laws need updating.

Update the country's ancient law on common land so Wakefield Trinity can have a car park. We might be struggling with that one.
