Gutted, we should have won that. Bags of effort but lacked some execution at key times and some 'game smarts'. It's the kind of result that can really kick you in the nuts though moving forward and we somehow need to pick ourselves up for a short turnaround.

We can survive but what kind of life it is outside SL is the problem. We have no money now so without the Sky contribution and having to repay the stadium loan I would expect the period could be a long one unless the BOD can bring in fresh investment, something they have singularly so far failed to do.
I believe that what WP needs is someone to come in to steer the club to the end of the season because I am not sure he and the rest of the coaching team are up to the job. I know MC likes coaches who do not cause him any problems but the current situation means he must go with a Brian Smith type character for the good of the club.

Totally deflated.Proud of the team, they gave it everything.Saints kick 2 from the touchline,Lino has 2 hitting the post and out.You can say we should have been smarter, but it just wasn't to be today.Even with Saints winning drop goal the ball cannoned off the intended player and went nicely behind to the fullback who slotted it over.Worried now that we'll have nowt left against Cas.

Not a lot to say ,we gave 100%,Though over all it was a good team performance .Just the way things are going .Lino hits the post twice from touch St charge a ball down, there ball We charge a ball down St ball ,how does that work Notice it again player goes down to play the ball stoped for a few seconds then played it Hoping to get a penalty for of- side .Some thing St do a lot think there should be a rule brough in to stop it, It is Cheeting

These games are the very reason I keep turning up to support my team through all the adversity the club has and still is facing .To get that dry throat and heart pounding ,watching your team going toe to toe with the best that super league has to offer is no mean feat and one of the great pleasures in life, it simply doesn’t get much better than that . Outstanding performance and a monumental shift from the game last week, it really was the width of an upright on two occasions that cost us today , but I can’t take anything away from 1-17 all played their part in an thriller of a game .it was certainly a game to come away with a loss but feel immensely proud of the team/club and everyone involved in that performance.simply put if we turned out those performances week in week out relegation and wakefield certainly wouldn’t be said in the same sentence.On to Cas with a team that has proven to all n sundry that when they have their heads switched on and get Stuck in ,things happen .Well done Willie and the boys you’ve just proved you can do it .

Taufua had a good game and it was a try saver that ankle tap.

Will be such a shame if he’s out a long time. If he is we can be thankful that Kershaw is back fit and raring to go.
