Absolutely and looking at the tables they can eat there too. All massive steps forward for players coming to trinity. These changes behind the scenes should hopefully allow the players to play their best rugby for Trinity.

Happy to leave it there. Don’t need any evidence its obvious how over timescale it went that the company wasted money on labour hopefully the club can claim some compensation back.

So, I would have left it, but just need to clarify that bit.
It was a fixed price contract. So no money was wasted over the agreed price over time.

What was wasted was the opportunity to milk the cash cow before Christmas.

I agree.
I think it's a fantastic idea and implemented really well.

To try and get back on track, one thing that struck me this week is how many good stadiums there are in the championship.
I'm happy with what we've done but Featherstone, Doncaster, York and I assume Widnes is still the same, all have modern stadiums.

Until we do the West terrace ours is still going to look poor in comparison, even though the Neil Fox Stand is top notch.

Fevs hospitality is poor, the pitch is on a slope and the floodlights are even worse than case’s. Doncaster s stadium isn’t theirs, they’ve basically dropped on it, having watched loads of games there when our Ollie was on loan, it’s way too big with no atmosphere, they rarely got over 400 in. York were gifted their stadium and had a council fighting their corner, but it’s not without its problems. Widnes stadium is a bit tired inside and it’s still in that shot hole, but at least they’ve re-layer the pitch and it’s a lot better than a couple of season ago, Dewsbury played north wales there last season and I was quite surprised as to how good the pitch was compared to the previous season.

Bradford are concerned that if they move to Valley Parade the pitch won't meet minimum requirements of 88 metres playing surface plus 6 metres in goal and 3 metres space to the barriers.
If this were applied to Fev & Cas, the playing area would have to extend to the front gardens of the terrace at the end (if they have one) and onto the railway line at Cas.
We are light years ahead of both of these grounds as we stand now, even before the Eastern side development.

It's a myth that Featherstone have a modern ground. Floodlights don't work, you can see from the bottom of the slope, the main stand is similar to the old East Stand and the opposite side isn't up to much either. It's talked up by people who've never been. Wheldon Road is better.

Ok maybe modern is the wrong work but it's covered on 3 sides and I seem to remember it was comfortable last time I went.

Of course it's been a while so maybe my memory is playing tricks!!
