So for the last 4 years the council has been recommending the site to investors yet not one plot has been touched, great job Box no really well done you idiot.

Glad they're not promoting my site! It really is unbelievable that in four years they couldn't get anybody interested!!! What about TK Maxx? Why did they end up at Ferrybridge if Newmarket was recommended to them?

Yep I noticed that too. Should say Wakefield Community Stadium but I suppose that isn't the appeareance they want to create.

Usually with attracting new businesses to a site it’s all about the incentives that the developer and LA offer. It would be interesting to know just what efforts have been made by YC and the council and what incentives were being proposed for firms to sign up to Newmarket compared with what incentives were proposed at other sites in the district

A site right on M62 and one junction down from M1. Its vitually on the cross roads of the country.This must be the finest site in the north of England.

Never mind trying to sell it, it should already be full.
