Fortunately, this current topic about fans moaning is predicated on a falsehood. It seems to me, having read the FB posts, that no one was moaning, criticising or otherwise being rotten, rather they were querying why their North Stand season tickets said ‘upper’ or ‘lower’. Then someone on here who must still be hypersensitive or are looking to stir up trouble, labelled it moaning and off it went on a tangent like it had a life of its own.
I thought it was quite a convivial topic until the "Teflon" Troll threw in his usual rhetorical stir up.

It would probably have been better not to segregate the North Stand which it had never been before, especially with the price differential being only £10. I am sure Vastman will know the reasoning behind the change.

Then you are definitely not looking at the same posts - there's bucket loads of moaning.
It certainly fits neatly in the thread title of "stadium issues".
The fact is the NS upper only fits so many people.
With the wristband system (hardly a perfect solution), the first 1500 people (or whatever the number proves to be), get to stand under cover.
Without the wristband system, the first 1500 people in attendance get to stand under cover.
And without the wristband system, so will the next 500
If the suggestion is that more people will force their way into the upper section than it's designed for, then yes, you've proved the club's strategy to be 100% correct!
The stand holds what the stand holds - the way those people are "selected" is irrelevant.

One of the reasons I’m back on here is that I no longer have any connection with the club. If Mr Ellis wants my help in any way he only needs to ask. That said I seriously doubt he does.
So unfortunately for you that robs you of the big chip you carry on your shoulder, very sad.
FWIW I’d suggest it partly a miscommunication, part health and safety, and partly being caught by surprise by the demand.
The latter is actually something to rejoice even if it is a bit inconvenient. When did Trinity last struggle with supply and demand issues, not in my time that’s for sure.
