When our place went to a public hearing, the objectors came out of the woodwork I don't think any were under 70. Most of them were probably dead by the time it was built anyway.

They were concerned about fighting (think they had been watching Danny Dyer), noise (it used to be a 24 hour a day brewery) to name just 2. basically some people will object to anything.

Good luck with yours, I can't wait to pay it a visit. Will it be in the town/city centre or on the outskirts?

outskirts mate but just 5 minutes of the m62
