I have been watching Leon's blog with friends and colleagues here in Aus, and we are all delighted and thrilled with his fantastic progress....however...
I would have thought the stress of making him watch Trinity so early might not be good for him..
also! Mr Snuggles! somebody get that bear a mouth!!!
Whilst everyone else will be celebrating our licence sucess on Sunday, weather permitting I will be having my own celebration. I will bringing Leon to the game, something I had feared may never happen.
I'll say a big thanks to all who have sent their best wishes over the Last few months, and lets hope to make it a perfect day with a big win.
Once again thanks from Me, Helen and most of all Little-Leon.
Oh and will the shop ever stock tiny Trinity Tops?
did Leon enjoy the ups and downs of being a Trin fan for the day
sorry been away for a week

Resurrected an old thread just to update some of the older posters on here that may remember the trials and tribulations of a small lad!
Well Sunday marks 10 years since Leon went through 14 hours of open heart surgery, with a less than favourable outcome a real possibility.
As you well know he was a fighter and pulled through. In the intervening years he has had 2 further lots of heart surgery, 2 other lots of surgery and countless hospital visits, but, despite everything the world throws at him, he has turned out to be a wonderful kind young man.
He has had a pretty major disappointment recently, but even that won't dampen his spirit. He's doing well and I'd just like to thank everyone for the support over the last decade, I don't get to many games nowadays, but hope to see some of you once the world returns to some sort of normality.
Thank you all, you have no idea how much your support and kind words meant to us as a family.

I'm not familiar with Little Leon's story, but it's heartwarming tales like this that are a pleasure to hear about in this modern world. Best wishes to all.
