I think we'll have a more competitive pack but let's not kid ourselves that we'll just be able to 'run over the top' of other teams with the quality forwards they have because we won't.
Try sign Elliott Kear aswell maybe? Both players give us some much needed SL experience in the back line which throughout the season (due to injuries/suspensions/off form) may be supported by Matt Ryan moving from second row to centre.
It's good to see people talking about Keinhorst coming back next season, think after Leeds poor showing at the back end of the season, can't see him getting much game time there.
The squad maybe a little thin in the backs and as you point out its about money but it's only the back end of September, so no point blowing the little money we have on a cheaper panic buy.
Let's see how the season ticket sales go, which could lead to a better quality back being signed, well before the season starts.
