It wasn't a genuine question. It was a rhetorical one, where you express an opinion in the form of a question. Three hours later, you're suggesting that anyone who suggests that is wrong.
I'm sorry, but you can't seriously quote Kear's win ratio without looking at the context. At least one of those years will be after the administration.
