One thing that always winds me up.....in a not really very wound up way, is the singing and criticism of Giants attendances.
It's not like I'm bothered for their sake but singing songs to the Huddersfield fans at a game saying they are poorly attended is a bit nonsensical to me. They at poorly supported compared to the investment and the stadium size, but the guys that are there you are singing at, are actually the good ones who attend and support their team. They actually deserve a round of applause. You'd be better off going in to the pubs in Huddersfield and singing to them as they are the ones causing the issue by not coming to the game.
Anyway, just thought I'd get that off my chest
For the rugby, it's a potential banana skin. Right now I think we'd beat them but with new coach and a bit of time, they could be targeting us as their comeback game so we need to be on it if we want a cup run.
doubt it. wakefield couldnt even muster 3k for the last fixture between us two teams
Brearley, I see you are still making things up to suit your agenda, and can I remind you it was you that suggested they might switch the venue, I merely gave a good reason why

A lot of the stuff with the Giants seems to stem back to the perceived protection that they were given all those years ago and the subsequent "merger" with Sheffield, who's place they effectively took in SL (we're all still waiting for them to play some games in Sheffield as part of the deal). Add to this they way thet they behaved when we were in the mire a few seasons ago, when they raped and pillaged our squad. Fans will always look for something to have a pop about with the opposition of the day and let's face it, they certainly have a better ground, albeit, just a tad too big for RL.
I get your point about going round the pubs of Huddersfield but, we ought to start that one a little closer to home. Also, when its there to be flung, the mud goes in both directions

Don't forget the underhand way they were originally promoted to Super League too.

Also don't forget they finished bottom of the league and we're not relegated multiple times
It's great to see huddersfield fans getting what they deserve over the last few seasons, they are terrible
True SL fans will never forget the merger no matter how often the hardcore 27 fans including the pan chant fartown, very few other team opposition fans were as abusive towards wakefield fans on here as the shudds lot when they were doing well
Something I will not forget, it makes me laugh they are no where to be seen now
All being well they will get relegated and then the few fans they do will have something to actually moan about
