As MCB no contract with us he’s hardly likely to be sat by the phone waiting for Chester to ring , he getting on with his life , can’t see a problem with that as he was deemed surplus to requirements .
Good on the lad and always thought he put the effort in .

He would be my first choice winger after tom but i cant see him staying there were rumours about London sniffing round.

He would be my first choice as well. I like BJB but his form has dipped and who knows how he will play next season. MCB is still young and has his best years in front of him. TJ and MCB - what a strike force!

And you know that to be the case do you. Unless that happened on the day and I can’t see where it says it did there is no reason they couldn’t call Kershaw back is there?

I’m no expert on the mechanics of loans and DR but we didn’t seem to struggle to recall Kershaw last time.

I actually thought Hampshire did ok but he’s not a winger Kershaw is and he’s probably ready for another crack so why not use him.

Rest Hampshire properly and see how Jowitt goes, it’s the FB position that they are both supposedly fighting for.

More in defence than attack - I don't say let BJB go, just that IMO MCB is I feel a more potent threat than BJB asnd possible faster?
