Well well, after all these years, Leeds supporters are adept at starting a rumour to unsettle players & club officials in the forlorn hope it comes off or something is made of it !! You should know this by now, it's a tactic they always employ - it last worked with Huddersfields hooker, best thing next time is to counter with a big rumour about their players ! Or better still say ba*****s & grow up !
Better still - we had one & the wheel fell of, my brother had an uncle who's mate knows Leeds chairman talking in a pub with witnesses - blah blah blah & so on.

It wouldn't bother me if it was true because I think the club is now in a position of being able to look after itself, rather than accepting any offer going to settle the books, so whatever the club does is because it's thought to be the best for the club. We have very good players who want to stay (Johnstone, Toupou, Fifita, etc) and very good players who want to come when they could surely get a gig elsewhere (Green, Pitts, Walker, Atkins).

We're in the best shape we've been throughout our time in Super League.

Apparently Leeds offered £100k and Richie Myler for David Fifita. MC told them he’d rather just have the £100k.
