The above is true if we were buying it but because we loaned the money then this will only be approved with a valuation much like a mortgage on a house.

To be fair I sucked a few in, and not just Trinity fans obviously.

Easy done when MC has wanted extra finance backing, and who would blame him, or anyone, for seeing someone coming in, buying the land. He did also say a lot at the beginning, positive thoughts on the club.

It also doesn't help when our then chairman, offer to sell the club for £1. When that comes out, it does make you wonder whether his heart is really in it, or not.
